大学生艾滋病KAP现状调查分析

目的了解大一学生对艾滋病的知识、态度和行为（KAP）现状．为大学生艾滋病预防健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取676名大学生进行问卷调查，对调查结果进行分析。结果大学生对艾滋病的基本知识．传播途径．传播的危险行为知晓率均占95％以上；对艾滋病的非传播途径如蚊虫叮咬，咳嗽，打喷嚏，同桌用餐，握手拥抱．共用马桶游泳池不传播艾滋病的知晓率分别占62.62％，88．03％，88.63％，88．12％。大学生在日常生活中预防艾滋病的意识低于他们对艾滋病传播途径知识的掌握。有79．06％的大学生愿意与艾滋病朋友继续来往，有77．52％的大学生愿意与艾滋病感染者同室学习．有78．56％的大学生愿意同艾滋病人握手拥抱，有62．07％的大学生愿意与艾滋病人共同进餐。结论大学生掌握艾滋病的知识不够全面，预防艾滋病的意识及对待艾滋病人的态度有待进一步提高。

Investigation and Analysis on University Students' AIDS Prevention

Objective With the help of investigating university students＂ basic knowledge of AIDS, including the risk of transmission, the prevention awareness and attitude, the approaches of students＇ health education will he enforced and improved. Method 676 valid questionnaire to freshman students were randomly surveyed and analyzed. Results 95% of the college students have the basic knowledge of AIDS about the mode and risk of AIDS transmission. Regarding the knowledge related non-transmission routes of AIDS, such as mosquito bites, coughing or sneezing, eating at the same table, shaking hands and embracing, sharing toilet and swimming pool respectively, 62.62%, 88. 03%, 88. 63%, 88.12% of the college students do not know. Over 79.06% of university students will have AIDS＇ friends,and 77.52% will live with HIV people in the same room. 78.56 will shake bands and embrace with AIDS patients,and 62.07% will share meals with AIDS. Conclusion The university students have no sufficient knowledge of AIDS. It is neeesseray to improve the students＇ knowledge related prevention awareness and attitudes of AIDS.
