影响儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的危险因素调查分析

目的 探讨儿童哮喘急性发作的危险因素并提出预防措施,为早期预防、及时规范治疗、改善患儿预后提供参考依据。方法 选取412例急性发作的哮喘患儿作为病例组,同时随机选取206例健康体检的儿童作为对照组,对两组儿童进行问卷调查,筛选影响儿童哮喘急性发作的相关危险因素。结果 影响儿童哮喘急性发作的危险因素包括过敏病史(OR=4.200)、花粉接触史(OR=2.918)、冬春季节(OR=3.476)、近期呼吸道感染(OR=5.376)、Vit D缺乏(OR=3.096)、Ig E升高(OR=4.035)等。结论 影响儿童哮喘急性发作的危险因素较多,应结合以上危险因素早期采取综合预防措施,降低儿童哮喘急性发作的发生率。

Investigation and analysis on risk factors of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children

Objective To explore the risk factors of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children,put forward preventive measures,provide a reference basis for early prevention,timely and standard treatment,and improvement of prognosis.Methods A total of 412 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma were selected as case group,and 206 children after healthy physical examination were randomly selected as control group.Questionnaire survey was conducted in the two groups,the related risk factors of acute attack of bronchial asthma were screened.Results The risk factors of acute attack of bronchial asthma included allergy history(OR=4.200),pollen contact history(OR=2.918),winter and spring season(OR=3.476),recent respiratory tract infections(OR=5.376),vitamin D deficiency(OR=3.096),and increase of Ig E level(OR=4.035).Conclusion There are many risk factors affecting acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Comprehensive prevention measures should be taken according to the risk factors to reduce the incidence rate of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.
