动态心电图在冠状动脉慢血流现象中的应用价值

目的 探讨动态心电图在冠状动脉慢血流现象中的应用价值。方法 收集2019年1月～2020年2月于牡丹江医学院附属第二医院行冠状动脉造影检查的100例患者进行回顾性研究,所有患者接受冠状动脉造影检查和动态心电图检查。观察两组冠状动脉慢血流情况。结果 资料统计显示,慢血流患者观察组动态心电图出现心肌缺血、心律失常及破碎性QRS波。慢血流患者三支血管狭窄比率明显不同,两组数据组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 在冠状动脉慢血流现象诊断中,动态心电图诊断准确,具有无创,可重复,患者依从性好,可以成为冠状动脉慢血流显现的筛查检查方法,值得临床推广使用。

Application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in coronary slow flow phenomenon

Objective To investigate the application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in coronary slow flow phenomenon.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients who underwent coronary angiography from January 2019 to February 2020 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University.All patients received coronary angiography and dynamic electrocardiogram.The coronary slow flow phenomena were observed in both groups.Results Data statistics showed that there were myocardial ischemia,arrhythmia and fragmented QRS wave in the observation group.The stenosis rate of three vessels in patients with slow blood flow was significantly different,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of coronary slow flow phenomenon,dynamic electrocardiogram is accurate,noninvasive and repeatable with good compliance of patients.It can be used as a screening method for coronary slow flow phenomenon and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
