危重孕产妇预警管理、救治和转诊系统可行性分析

目的探讨危重孕产妇预警管理、救治和转诊系统实施的产科服务质量。方法比较实施系统前后的孕产妇死亡率、剖宫产率、新生儿死亡率。结果实施系统后的产科质量越来越好,2016年、2017年相较于2013年和2014年有明显的改善,孕产妇死亡率、剖宫产率、新生儿死亡率均明显优于实施系统前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院妇产科运用危重孕产妇预警管理、救治和转诊系统能够更好地监测危重孕产妇的实时情况,从而更加及时地采取相应的救治措施,保证危重孕产妇生命安全,促进良好的妊娠结局。

Analysis on warning management,feasibility of rescue and medical referral system of critical pregnant women

Objective To explore obstetric service quality of warning management,feasibility of rescue and medical referral system of critical pregnant women.Methods The maternal mortality rates,the rates of cesarean section,and neonatal mortality rates between before and after implementation of warning management,rescue and medical referral system.Results After implementation of warning management,rescue and medical referral system,obstetric quality became better and better.Compared with 2013 and 2014,obstetric quality in 2016 and 2017 was improved,maternal mortality rate,the rate of cesarean section,and neonatal mortality rate after implementation of warning management,rescue and medical referral system were statistically significantly better than those before implementation of warning management,rescue and medical referral system(P<0.05).Conclusion Warning management,rescue and medical referral system can better monitor the real-time situation of critical pregnant women in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,more timely take corresponding rescue measures,ensure maternal life safety,and promote good pregnancy outcome.
