扶阳罐结合推拿手法治疗小儿咳嗽（肺气亏虚型）的临床效果观察

目的 探讨扶阳罐结合推拿手法治疗小儿咳嗽(肺气亏虚型)的临床效果。方法 将2018年5月～2019年5月收治156例的小儿咳嗽(肺气亏虚型)患儿随机抽签分为对照组(n=76)和观察组(n=80),对照组给予盐酸氨溴索口服溶液,观察组在对照组基础上给予扶阳罐结合推拿治疗。比较患儿临床治疗效果,对比患儿症状改善时间、咳嗽频率及咳痰量评分情况。结果 观察组患儿总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患儿症状改善时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,患儿咳嗽频率及咳痰量评分均显著下降,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 扶阳罐结合推拿治疗小儿咳嗽(肺气亏虚型),能显著改善患儿症状,提升临床效果,值得推广。

Observation of clinical effect of Fuyang cupping combined with massage on pediatric cough (lung qi-deficiency type)

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuyang cupping combined with massage on pediatric cough(lung qi-deficiency type). Methods 156 children with pediatric cough(lung qi-deficiency type) from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into a control group(n=76) and an observation group(n=80) by random ballot. The control group was given ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid and the observation group was given Fuyang cupping combined with massage therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The children''s clinical treatment effect, the improvement time of the children''s symptoms, the cough frequency and sputum volume score were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The improvement time of the symptoms of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the cough frequency and sputum volume scores of the children decreased significantly, and the cough frequency and sputum volume scores of the observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The Fuyang cupping combined with massage in the treatment of pediatric cough (lung-qi deficiency type) can significantly improve the symptoms of children and clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
