同伴教育对初产妇分娩自我效能及分娩结局的影响

摘    要:
目的探究同伴教育对初产妇分娩自我效能感及分娩结局的影响。方法将2017年3-7月在该院产科建卡且孕28周的100名孕妇按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50名,对照组实施传统孕产期健康教育,观察组在孕28周、32周、37周各进行与同伴教育相结合的孕产期健康教育一次。观察两组孕妇干预前及入院待产时自然分娩自我效能感水平、自然分娩率、产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率。结果观察组入院待产时自然分娩自我效能感水平提高、自然分娩率增加,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.574,P<0.05);两组产后出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均无新生儿窒息发生。结论同伴教育与孕产期健康教育相结合,可使孕妇在掌握自然分娩知识和技能的同时,自然分娩自我效能亦得以增强,达到促进和保护自然分娩。

Effect of peer education on delivery self-efficacy and delivery outcome of primiparous women

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of peer education on delivery self-efficacy and delivery outcome of primiparous women.Methods A total of 100 primiparous women of 28 weeks were selected from Department of Obstetrics,Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities,then they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,50 primiparous women in each group.The primiparous women in control group were given traditional health education during gestation,and the primiparous women in observation group were given traditional health education combined with peer education during gestation at 28,32,and 37 weeks,respectively.The levels of delivery self-efficacy,the rates of spontaneous labor,the incidence rates of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia before intervention and awaiting delivery after admission in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with control group,the level of delivery self-efficacy and the rate of spontaneous labor awaiting delivery after admission in observation group increased significantly(χ^2=4.574,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).In the two groups,no neonatal asphyxia occurred.Conclusion Peer education combined with health education during pregnancy can make pregnant women master knowledge and skills of delivery,enhance delivery self-efficacy,promote and protect natural delivery.
