吉西他滨联合奈达铂治疗晚期肺鳞癌的临床疗效观察

目的研究晚期肺鳞癌患者使用吉西他滨与奈达铂联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2017年5月～2019年4月本院收治的50例晚期肺鳞癌患者进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例,对照组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗,观察组采用吉西他滨联合奈达铂治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、疾病控制率、肿瘤标志物、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率、疾病控制率、肿瘤标志物、生活质量评分优于对照组(P0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论吉西他滨与奈达铂联合治疗晚期肺鳞癌患者,可提高治疗总有效率及疾病控制率,降低肿瘤标志物水平,优化患者的生活质量,吉西他滨联合奈达铂方案治疗晚期肺鳞癌患者有较高临床价值,值得推广。

Clinical observation of gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced squamous cell carcinoma of lung

Objective To research the clinical efficacy of gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin in patients with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of lung.Methods From May 2017 to April 2019,a total of 50 patients with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of lung admitted to our hospital were selected for research.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=25) and the observation group(n=25).The control group was treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin,while the observation group was treated with gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin.The total efficacy rate,disease control rate,tumor markers,quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs) were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of total efficacy rate,disease control rate,tumor markers and quality of life score(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in ADRs(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of lung,gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin improved the total efficacy rate and disease control rate,reduce the level of tumor markers,optimize the quality of life of patients.Gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin is worth promoting in the treatment of patients with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of lung.
