Observation of the effect of comprehensive respiratory function nursing on postoperative pulmonary function recovery of patients undergoing pulmonary surgery

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive respiratory function nursing on postoperative pulmonary function recovery of patients with pulmonary surgery.Methods 797 cases of pulmonary surgery patients admitted to Fuzhou Pulmonary Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=399)and control group(n=398)using computer random method.The observation group applied comprehensive respiratory function nursing training on the basis of routine perioperative nursing,while the control group used routine perioperative nursing.The forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1)and 1 s rate(FEV1/FVC),maximum ventilatory volume(MVV),oxygen saturation(SpO2)and complications were evaluated between the two groups.Results The values of SpO2,MVV and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.26%,which was lower than that in the control group(8.54%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of comprehensive respiratory function can effectively improve the pulmonary function and reduce the risk of complications of patients with pulmonary surgery.
