综合护理干预在老年疝气手术护理中的应用效果观察

目的观察综合护理干预在老年疝气手术护理中的应用效果分析。方法 2017年1～12月期间我院收治老年疝气手术患者总计73例,采取常规护理干预设为对照组。2018年1月我科开展综合护理干预,2018年1～12月期间收治的老年疝气手术患者总计74例,设为综合组。比较两组患者术中与术前血压、血糖水平差值,术后首次拔除尿管时间、排气时间、下床时间,住院期间并发症发生情况,患者对护理的满意度评分及住院总时长。结果综合组患者术中与术前血压、血糖水平差值明显少于对照组,综合组患者术后首次拔除尿管时间、排气时间、下床时间明显少于对照组,综合组患者住院期间并发症发生率为1.35%,明显少于对照组的13.70%,综合组患者对护理的满意度评分明显高于对照组,而综合组住院总时长明显短于对照组(P0.001)。结论老年疝气手术患者采取综合护理干预可明显平稳患者血压、血糖水平,缩短术后尿管拔除、排气、下床时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者住院期间对护理的满意度,并有效的缩短住院时长,效果理想。

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on senile hernia operation

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in senile hernia operation.Methods A total of 73 elderly patients with hernia surgery admitted in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group and given routine nursing intervention.Comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out from January 2018.A total of 74 senile hernia patients admitted from January to December 2018 were set as comprehensive group.The difference of blood pressure and blood glucose during and before operation,the time of first removal of catheter,exhaust and getting out of bed,complications during hospitalization,satisfaction of patients with nursing and the total length of hospitalization between the two groups was compared.Results the difference of blood pressure and blood glucose during and before operation in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the control group.The time of first removal of catheter,exhaust and getting out of bed in the comprehensive group was significantly less than that in the control group.The incidence of complications in the comprehensive group during hospitalization was 1.35%,which was significantly less than that in the control group(13.70%).The satisfaction of patients in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the total hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly stabilize the blood pressure and blood glucose of senile patients with hernia operation,shorten the time of catheter removal,exhaust and getting out of bed,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing during hospitalization,and effectively shorten the length of hospitalization.It has an ideal effect.
