生脉散联合倾斜训练治疗血管迷走神经性晕厥的疗效

目的比较生脉散联合倾斜训练与倾斜训练治疗血管迷走性晕厥的疗效。方法选取2017年1月～2019年3月60例血管迷走性晕厥的患者,随机分成对照组(倾斜训练)和治疗组(生脉散联合倾斜训练),治疗周期1个月,待1个月后复查两组直立倾斜试验,比较两组疗效。结果治疗1个月后,两组取得良好疗效,治疗后复查倾斜试验阳性率明显下降,头晕发作次数明显降低,治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论治疗组(生脉散联合倾斜训练)疗效更佳,可更好地降低倾斜试验阳性率。

Curative effect of Shengmai Powders combined with tilt training in the treatment of vasovagal syncope

Objective To compare the curative effect of Shengmai Powders combined with tilt training in the treatment of vasovagal syncope.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,a total of 60 patients with vasovagal syncope were randomly divided into the control group(tilt training) and the treatment group(Shengmai Powders combined with tilt training),and the treatment period was one month.After one month,the upright tilt test was re-examined to compare the curative effect between the two groups.Results After one month of treatment,favorable results were obtained in both groups.After treatment,the positive rate of the re-examined tilt test was significantly reduced,and the number of dizziness episodes was significantly reduced.The curative effects in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment group(Shengmai Powders combined with tilt training) has a better curative effect,and the method can better reduce the positive rate of tilt test.
