中晚期肝癌患者行榄香烯联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）介入治疗的近远期疗效分析

目的 分析中晚期肝癌患者行榄香烯+肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)介入治疗的近远期疗效。方法 纳入本院2015年5月～2017年5月收治的98例中晚期肝癌患者,随机分为两组,对照组49例患者采用TACE手术治疗,试验组49例患者采用TACE手术联合榄香烯治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、肝功能指标、KPS评分、不良反应(骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、乏力、发热)发生情况、2年内存活率。结果 试验组临床总有效率(85.72%)明显高于对照组(53.06%),试验组治疗2周期后TBIL、GGT、AST、ALT水平均明显低于对照组,KPS评分明显高于对照组,试验组2年内存活率(81.63%)明显高于对照组(53.06%),差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组、对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 榄香烯+TACE可有效缓解中晚期肝癌患者的临床症状,改善肝功能,且不良反应少。

Analysis of short-term and long-term efficacy of elemene combined with TACE interventional therapy in patients with advanced liver cancer

Objective To analyze the short-term and long-term effects of elemene combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) interventional therapy in patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods 98 patients with advanced liver cancer admitted to our hospital between May 2015 and May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.49 patients in the control group were treated with TACE,and 49 patients in the study group were treated with TACE and elemene.The clinical efficacy,liver function index,KPS score,adverse reactions(myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reaction,asthenia,fever) and 2-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(85.72%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.06%),the level of total bilirubin(TBIL),gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 2 period treatment,the Keypunch Performance System(KPS) score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the 2-year survival rate of the study group(81.63%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.06%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Elemene combined with TACE can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the liver function of patients with advanced liver cancer,and has less adverse reactions.
