摘    要:
目的应用血流向量成像(VFM)技术评价高血压患者左心室舒张期能量损耗(EL)变化规律。方法选取58例高血压病患者为病例组,并分为左室肥厚组(LVH组)和非左室肥厚组(NLVH组),31例健康人为对照组。测定左心室快速充盈期(DE)、缓慢充盈期(DM)、房缩期(DL),全舒张期(DW)EL,比较三组EL差异。结果 NLVH组左室DW和DL EL明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;LVH组各时相EL明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;LVH组EL较NLVH组DE和DM明显增加,差异有统计学意义;NLVH组DL EL高于LVH组,差异有统计学意义。结论 VFM能够直观定量分析高血压病患者左心室的流体动力学变化,高血压病EL与健康对照组存在显著差异。

Abstract:
Objective To assess the energy loss(EL) pattern of left ventricular in hypertension patients by vector flow mapping(VFM). Methods Fifty-eight hypertension patients were divided into two groups,left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and none left ventricular hypertrophy(NLVH). Thirty-one healthy subjects were enrolled as healthy control group. The EL in Rapid filling of early diastole(DE),middle diastole period(DM),atrial contraction of the late diastole period(DL) and the whole diastole period(DW) were compared. Results The EL of NLVH significantly increased than those of the controls at the DW and DL. The EL of LVH significantly increased than those of the controls at each period. The EL of LVH significantly increased than those of the NLVH at the DE and DM,however,the EL of LVH significantly decreased compared with those of the NLVH at the DL. Conclusions VFM provided a quantitatively method analyzing left ventricular hemodynamic changes of hypertension patients. EL in hypertension patients significantly differed from the controls.
