急性中重型颅脑损伤后凝血功能及颅内压变化的临床研究

目的 探讨急性中重型颅脑损伤后凝血功能及颅内压变化的临床研究。方法 选取2017年1月～2019年1月我院收治的颅脑损伤患者162例,未发生急性中重型颅脑损伤组作为对照组,发生急性中重型颅脑损伤患者为研究组,每组81例。比较两组PT(凝血酶原时间)、TT(凝血酶时间)、APTT(活化部分凝血活酶时间)、FIB(纤维蛋白原)、PLT(血小板)、D-二聚体(DD)以及两组颅内压、GCS评分、GOS评分。结果 研究组PT、TT、APTT、D-二聚体高于对照组(P0.05),FIB、PLT低于对照组(P0.05);研究组颅内压高于对照组(P0.05);研究组GCS评分、GOS评分均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 在急性中重型颅脑损伤后,患者凝血功能出现障碍,颅内压明显增高,这为以后研究提供一定的依据。

Clinical study on coagulation function and intracranial pressure changes after acute moderate and severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To investigate the clinical study of coagulation function and intracranial pressure changes after acute moderate and severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 162 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled.Patients without acute moderate or severe craniocerebral injury were used as control group,and patients with acute moderate and severe craniocerebral injury were included in the study group,with 81 cases in each group.The PT (prothrombin time),TT (thrombin time),APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time),FIB (fibrinogen),PLT (platelet),D-dimer (DD),intracranial pressure,GCS score and GOS score between the two groups were compared.Results The PT,TT,APTT and D-dimer of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and FIB,PLT of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The intracranial pressure of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score and GOS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After acute moderate and severe craniocerebral injury,the patient''s coagulation function is impaired and the intracranial pressure is significantly increased,which provides a basis for future research.
