医教协同背景下临床医学人才培养基地建设的探索与思考

医教协同是高等医学人才培养模式当前改革的关键途径,也是目前我国医学教育改革的重要理念。该理念贯穿在院校教育、毕业后教育、继续教育的三个阶段中,涉及到医学教育事业和医疗卫生事业的有机衔接,具有中国特色标准化、规范化临床医学人才培养体系,最基础、最重要的环节在于医学院校与教学医院共同发展。本文在阐述医教协同的涵义,医教协同的背景下,分析了临床医学人才培养基地建设面临的困难与障碍,并紧密围绕医教协同下探讨医学院校优化高等医学人才培养基地建设的有效途径及策略途径。

Exploration and thinking on the construction of clinical medical talent training base under the background of medical-education collaboration

Medical-education coordinationis the key way forthe current reform of higher medical talent training mode,and is also animportant conceptof the current medical education reform in China.This concept permeates the three stages from college education,post-graduation education,tocontinuing education.It involves the organic link between undertakings of medical education and that of medical and health care,and has a standardized and normalized clinical medical talent training system with Chinese characteristics.The most basic and important link lies in the commondevelopment of medical colleges and teaching hospitals.In the context of expounding the meaning of medical-education coordinationand under the background of medical-education coordination,this paper analyzes the difficulties and obstacles in the construction of clinical medical talent training base,and focuses on discussing the effective and strategic approaches to optimize the construction of higher medical talent training bases in medical colleges under medical-education coordination.
