应用醒脑静注射液救治急性酒精中毒的临床分析

目的 探讨醒脑静注射液救治急性酒精中毒患者的临床疗效。方法 分析2017年12月～2019年11月在本院急诊科进行救治的急性酒精中毒患者共计102例,其中醒脑静治疗组64例,常规治疗组38例,常规治疗组给予催吐、抑酸、补液等治疗;醒脑静治疗组在常规治疗的同时应用醒脑静注射液静脉滴注。对比两组患者血氧饱和度(SPO2)恢复(95%)时间、意识恢复时间、临床症状改善情况;观察醒脑静治疗组发生不良反应的情况。结果醒脑静治疗组SPO2恢复时间、意识恢复时间均明显短于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),醒脑静治疗组总有效率为95.31%,明显高于常规治疗组71.05%,组间差异显著(P0.05);醒脑静治疗组不良反应的发生率为7.89%。结论 临床急救中应用醒脑静注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效明显,安全可靠,值得在院前急救中推广。

Clinical analysis on the application of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute alcohol intoxication

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of patients with acute alcohol intoxication.Methods A total of 102 patients with acute alcohol intoxication who were treated in the emergency department in our hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 were analyzed.There were 64 cases in Xingnaojing treatment group and 38 cases in control group.The conventional treatment group was given emetic,acid suppression,fluid replacement and other treatments; Xingnaojing treatment group was given intravenous drip with Xingnaojing injection together with the routine treatment.The recovery time(95%) of blood oxygen saturation(SPO2),consciousness recovery time,and improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups of patients; the adverse reactions in the Xingnaojing treatment group were observed.Results The SPO2 recovery time and consciousness recovery time in the Xingnaojing treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the total effective rate in the Xingnaojing treatment group was 95.31%,which was significantly higher than that of 71.05% in the conventional treatment group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the Xingnaojing treatment group was 7.89%.Conclusion The application of Xingnaojing injection in clinical emergency treatment of acute alcohol intoxication has a significant curative effect,which is safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion in pre-hospital first aid.
