运动想象对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢运动功能及生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨运动想象对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2017年6月~2019年6月在我院就诊的脑卒中后偏瘫患者120例。将患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规康复训练,研究组给予运动想象疗法。治疗前后,比较两组患者上肢运动功能、肌力测试、日常生活能力、生活质量等。结果 治疗后,两组患者FMA-U评分、Lovett分级、ARAT评分较治疗前显著提高,且研究组高于对照组(P0.05);两组患者日常生活能力评分显著提高,且研究组高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量各项评分显著较治疗前提高,且研究组高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 运动想象能够显著提高脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢运动功能,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of motor imaging on upper limb motor function and quality of life in patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of motor imaging on upper limb motor function and quality of life in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with hemiplegia after stroke from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training and the study group received exercise imaging therapy.Before and after treatment,the upper limb motor function,muscle strength test,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FMA-U score,Lovett grade,and ARAT score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability of the two groups were significantly improved,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Motor imagining can significantly improve the upper limb motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
