| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三叶草形钢板治疗Pilon骨折的效果。方法26例Pilon骨折（30踝）采用三叶草形钢板治疗。结果采用Teeny＆Wiss踝关节功能评分，本组术后评分75-96分，平均85分，4个优秀，20个良好，6个一般。结论该方法具有固定牢靠等优点，是治疗Pilon骨折的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of clover-pattern plate on the treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods Thirty ankles in 26 cases of Pilon fracture were treated with clover-pattern plate.The results were evaluated according to Tenny & Wiss ankle joint function scoring system.Results The score was ranged from 75 to 96 after operation,and the average score was 85.Four cases were classified as excellent,20 as good,and 6 as fair.Conclusion This method can offer firm fixation and is one of effective methods for treating Pilon fracture. |
