微创拔牙技术在残冠残根拔除中的应用

目的分析微创拔牙术在拔除残冠残根中的临床效果和患者满意度。方法采用微创拔牙术拔除217颗残冠残根,分析断根率、患者畏惧率、术中疼痛、拔牙窝完整性、术后并发症发生等指标,评价疗效和满意度。结果 217颗残冠残根,总断根率为3.5%,拔牙窝不完整占3.7%。术中轻度疼痛的发生率为11.3%,术后为9.2%,无重度疼痛发生。拔牙过程中轻度畏惧的发生率为12.1%（20/164）,无重度畏惧者。组织肿胀总发生率为6.7%;11例轻度张口受限,未见干槽症发生。结论微创拔牙技术临床效果好,患者满意度高。
