腰大池持续引流治疗重症颅内感染的疗效观察

目的观察探讨腰大池持续引流治疗重症颅内感染的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法选取我院2007年3月至2010年5月84例重症颅内感染的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组采用腰大池持续引流治疗,对照组采用传统单纯静脉点滴抗生素治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果,记录相关数据进行统计学分析。结果经治疗后,观察组显效25例,有效10例,无效7例,发生并发症2例,占4.76%,总有效率83.3%;对照组显效17例,有效5例,无效20例,发生并发症8例,占19.0%,总有效率52.4%,两组治疗效果及并发症发生率差异显著（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论腰大池持续引流治疗重症颅内感染的临床疗效明显优于传统的抗生素治疗,且不良反应小,并发症发生率较低,值得在临床上合理推广应用。
