| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术对胆囊结石的治疗效果。方法对我院收治的胆石症患者87例,随机分为实验组（47例）以及对照组（40例）,实验组采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术进行治疗,对照组采用腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗。结果实验组患者在术中出血量以及术后腹泻发生情况明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对胆石症患者采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术进行治疗,可有效提高患者预后,降低患者相关并发症的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of laparoscopic and choledochoscopic allbladder-preserving cholelithotomy in the treatment of cholelithiasis.
