| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院老干部2010年抗高血压药的应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法以我院计算机系统2010年干部病房抗高血压药物的用药记录为原始资料,对应用品种数,用药频度（DDDs）及销售金额进行统计和分析。结果我院干部病房临床应用的口服高血压药共六大类15个品种,其中用药频度最高的是依那普利片,销售金额最高的是左旋氨氯地平片。结论 DDDs排序体现了我院干部病房口服抗高血压药的使用情况与发展趋势,说明我院干部病房2010年口服抗高血压药的应用基本合理。 |
