| 摘 要： | 目的比较间接喉镜与支撑喉镜下摘除声带息肉的疗效,探讨不同声带息肉手术方式的选择。方法对我院本科2006年1月至2011年1月采用间接喉镜和支撑喉镜治疗的声带息肉病例（共438例）的术后随访资料进行回顾性分析,比较两种术式治疗声带息肉的疗效。结果两种手术方式的近期疗效无显著性差异。结论声带息肉是一种常见病,间接喉镜下间接喉钳息肉摘除和支撑喉镜下息肉摘除是其手术治疗的两种术式,只要病例和术式选择适当就能取得满意效果。
