| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁定加压钢板在胫骨骨折临床治疗中的效果。方法对胫骨骨折的56例患者,微创切开复位,锁定加压钢板治疗,对疗效进行观察。结果术后患者骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为2～9个月,按照评分标准,膝踝关节功能评定优33例,良20例,可3例,优良率为94.6%。结论锁定加压钢板用于胫骨骨折的治疗,创伤小,固定牢固,愈合和优良率高,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of locking compression plate in the clinical treatment of tibial fractures.Methods 56 patients with tibial fractures were treated by minimally invasive open reduction and locking compression plate,and the effect was observed.Results All the fractures of the patients were healed.The healing time was 2 to 9 months.According to Johner and Wruhs scoring of the functional assessment,33 patients were excellent,20 patients were good and 3 patients were OK.The excellent and good ... |
