| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗在治疗肩胛骨骨折中的作用。方法回顾分析长沙市中医院骨科2006年2月～2010年8月因肩胛骨骨折应用中西医结合治疗的75例病人的临床特点和疗效。结果 36例移位严重的肩胛体部、肩胛骨突部骨折和不稳定的关节内骨折采用手术治疗,疗效优良率为91.6%;39例无移位或轻度移位的稳定型关节外骨折,采用非手术治疗,疗效优良率为74.4%。结论中西医结合治疗是临床上治疗肩胛骨骨折的有效方法。
