| 摘 要： | 目的了解陵水黎族自治县孕妇贫血现状,探讨其影响因素及合理有效的干预措施。方法对517例孕妇2010年1月～2011年4月间在陵水县妇幼保健站进行产前保健的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 517名孕妇的总体贫血患病率为23.02%。不同孕次、产次、孕期间孕妇的贫血率差异有统计学意义（P值均〈0.05）,而不同年龄、流产史间孕妇的贫血率差异没有统计学意义（P值均〉0.05）。孕早期体质指数（BMI）平均值为（19.65±1.88）kg/m2;孕中期BMI平均值为（21.38±3.06）kg/m2;孕晚期BMI平均值为（23.17±2.92）kg/m2,不同孕期BMI与血红蛋白没有相关关系（r分别为0.035、0.063、0.119,P〉0.05）。结论陵水县孕妇贫血发生情况改善,需进一步针对当地孕妇贫血的发生原因加强干预措施。 |
