| 摘 要： | 目的:分析参保者对基本医疗保障制度的评价,研究现行医疗保障制度的运行状况及存在问题,并提供政策建议.方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取样本进行问卷调查,利用Epidata3.0对问卷资料进行双录入后用Stata(10.0)软件进行数据清洗和分析.结果:现行的基本医疗保障制度在一定程度上减轻了参保者的负担,得到了参保者的认可；但仍然存在受益面较低等问题.结论:应加大宣传力度、降低起付线、调整筹资模式及水平,最终实现基层医疗保障制度的公平统一.
