不稳定型心绞痛患者血清尿酸水平的观察

目的通过测定不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者心绞痛入院时血清尿酸（UA）水平,并与稳定型心绞痛（SAP）患者及健康者比较,探讨尿酸与心绞痛发作之间的关系。方法测定219例于本院诊断为“不稳定型心绞痛”患者入院时的高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和UA水平。在门诊体检者中选取稳定型心绞痛（SAP）患者75例和健康对照组87例。结果各组间UA水平：UAP组（357±63）μmol／L,SAP组（259±42）μmol／L,健康对照组（207±35）μmol／L。UAP组与SAP组及健康对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论血清尿酸与不稳定型心绞痛的发生有一定的关系,故检测不稳定型心绞痛患者的尿酸水平,有助于了解和评价病情,早期干预可能会减少心血管事件的发生。

Serum uric acid in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To assess the level of serum uric acid （UA）in patients with the unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods The serum UA level was measured in 219 patients with primary diagnoses as unstable angina pectoris and 75 SAP and 87 heathy volunteers （the normal group）. Results The level of the UA in each group： the normal group （207 ± 35 ）μmol/L, the SAP group（259 ± 42）μmol/L, the UAP group （357 ± 63 ）μmol/L. The comparisons between UAP group and normal group , SAP group were significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion These results partially illustrate the relation between UA and UAP. UA may play important roles in the development unstable angina pectoris. The increase of serum uric acid concentration was related to the patients with coronary heart disease. And early intervention may prevent the incidence of cardiovascular events.
