经后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的体会

目的探讨经后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的临床经验。方法收集行后腹腔镜肾癌根治术80例患者资料,回顾分析总结。结果手术时间为90～240 min,平均150 min。80例手术均获成功,无中转开放手术者。术中出血量50～200 mL,平均100 mL,术后随访8～24个月,无肿瘤复发及转移。结论后腹腔镜肾癌根治术具有微创、解剖清晰、出血少、术后恢复快等优点,是一种安全可靠的手术治疗方法。

The experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical experience and summarization of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients（43males and females） treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy from May 2008 to November 2010 were analyzed and summarized retrospectively.Results The operation time was ranged from 90 to 240 minutes（mean 150 minutes）.All cases were performed successfully and none was conversed to open surgery.The intra-operative blood loss was 50 to 200 ml（mean 100ml）.The postoperative follow up was conducted for 8 to 24 months,without recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion The retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy has the merits of minor wound,less bleeding and rapid recovery and is the safe and effective method of treatment for patients with renal cancer.
