腰-硬联合麻醉在心肺功能不全老年人下肢手术的临床应用

目的探讨CSEA应用于心肺功能不全患者下肢手术的安全性及可行性。方法选取心肺功能不全老年人下肢手术的患者70例,随机分为CSEA(A组)或EA(B组)各35例,分别观察病人注药前,注药后5、15、30 min的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、脉搏氧饱和度(SPO2)变化。结果注药后5、15、30 min A、B 2组的血流动率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组阻滞起效和完善时间均较B组短(P<0.05)。结论 CESA应用于高龄患者髋部及下肢手术效果可靠,安全可行。

Combined spinal epidural anesthesia in cardiopulmonary dysfunction of the elderly lower limb surgery clinical application

Objective To investigate the CSEA cardiopulmonary dysfunction in patients with lower limb used in the safety and feasibility of surgery.Methods Cardiopulmonary dysfunction in patients aged 70 cases of lower limb surgery were randomly divided into CSEA(A group) or EA(B group) 35 cases,patients were observed before injection,after injection,5,15,30 min of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),pulse oxygen saturation(SPO2) changes.Results After injection,5,15,30 min A,B blood group turnover was no significant difference in changes(P> 0.05),A group of block onset and improve the short time than B group(P <0.05).Conclusion CESA applies to elderly patients with hip and lower extremity surgical results reliable,safe and feasible.
