安全预警护理流程在老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中的应用

目的探讨无痛内镜安全预警护理流程在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将行无痛胃镜、肠镜检查的老年糖尿病患者668例按时间顺序分为观察组(356例)和对照组(312例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,即手术前后的一般健康教育和常规内镜准备;观察组实施无痛内镜安全预警护理流程。结果两组术中胃内积水情况、肠道清洁、误吸情况,术后头晕、腹痛、腹胀等不适症状及满意度、低血糖发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施无痛内镜安全预警护理流程能减少老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中低血糖、误吸、腹胀等不适反应发生,提高患者及家属的满意度。

Application of safety precaution nursing process of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for elderly diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the application effect of safety precaution nursing process of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in elderly diabetes patients.Methods Totally,668 elderly diabetic patients who were going to have painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were divided into an observation group(n=356) and a control group(n=312) according to chronological order.The control group received conventional health education and pre-exammination preparations,while the observation group received nursing care according to the preset safety precaution nursing process step by step.Results There were significant differences in rates of gastric stasis,degree of gastrointestinal cleaness,rates of aspiration during the procedure between the 2 groups;there were also significant differences in rates of discomforts(fainting,abdominal pain and distention,etc.),satisfaction and rates of hypoglycemia after the procedure between the 2 groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of the safety precaution nursing process of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy helps reduce the occurrence of such adverse reaction as hypoglycemia,aspiration and abdominal distention,etc.And it significantly improves patients′ and their families′ satisfaction.
