| Abstract: | A case is presented in which calcification in an axillary lymph node seen on a screening mammogram was the presenting feature of metastatic papillary carcinoma, presumed to be of thyroid origin. The differential diagnosis of axillary lymph node calcification seen on mammography is reviewed. |
