摘    要:目的:建立藁本中2种主要活性成分:阿魏酸及藁本内酯的定量分析方法,以评价藁本药材质量。方法:以ODS柱分析,乙腈-水(磷酸调pH至4.0)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为284nm,采用外标法测定了19个产地的藁本样品,结果:19个产地的藁本样品中均含有阿魏酸及藁本内酯,且含量均较高。结论:阿魏酸及藁本内酯可以做为藁本药材的质量评价指标。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method to separate and determine the two main active constituents,ferulic acid and ligustilide,in plants of genus Ligusticum,and also to evaluate the quality of the rhizoma of Ligusticum.Method:ODS column was used.The mobile phase for gradient elution consisted of acetonitrile and water(adjusted to pH 4 0 with H 3PO 4).The two active constituents were detected at 284 nm.Quantitative determination of the two active constituents in the rhizoma of Ligusticum from 19 different habitats was carried out.Results:The rhizoma of Ligusticum from 19 different habitats all contained the two active constituents in relatively high percentage.Conclusion: The two active constituents can be used for the quality control of the rhizoma of Ligusticum.
