| 摘 要： | 目的：重新建立斑柔素乳膏含量测定方法。方法：利用斑蝥素的溶解性，采用热碱溶解、冷却与基质分离，酸化后氯仿提取，再用部分颁标准上的气相色谱条件，测定斑蝥素乳膏中斑蝥素的含量。结果：回收率为100．4％。RSD＝1．9％。结论：方法准确、快速、可完全除去基质干扰。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:The method of a quantitative determination for cantharidin in cream was restablished.Methods:To make use of solubility of cantharidin,the sample was dissolved with heat solution of sodium hydroxide,cooling,separated from the bases,acidified and extracted with chloroform.Determination of cantharidin in cream by GC.Results:The average recovery was 100 4%,with RSD of 1 9%.Conclusion:This method is accurate,rapid and eliminate disturbance of the bases. |
