新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下核医学显像设备使用中若干问题

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)疫情下核医学显像设备使用中注意的问题,为医疗机构提供参考。方法:在疫情下兼顾核医学显像流程、质量控制、放射防护和NCP防控,根据我国现行的核医学显像设备质量控制、放射防护及NCP防控的要求,研究讨论使用核医学显像设备的同时进行NCP防控和放射防护的方案。结果:制定了在NCP疫情下进行核医学显像设备质量控制及同时进行放射防护和NCP防控的方案。结论:在NCP疫情下应重视核医学显像设备的质量控制,防控NCP感染的同时兼顾放射防护。

Series of problems in using the imaging equipment of nuclear medicine under the epidemic situation of NCP

Objective:To investigate the problems that should be paid attention in the usage of imaging equipment of nuclear medicine under the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)so as to provide reference for medical organization.Methods:Under epidemic situation,the procedure of nuclear medical imaging,quality control,radiation protection and the prevention and control of NCP should be considered in the same time.According to the current requirements of quality control and radiation protection of imaging equipment of nuclear medicine,and the requirements of prevention and control of NCP,the scheme that implemented prevention and control of NCP and radiation protection when used imaging equipment of nuclear medicine was researched and discussed.Results:The scheme that implemented prevention and control of NCP and radiation protection when implemented quality control of imaging equipment of nuclear medicine under epidemic situation of NCP was formulated.Conclusion:The quality control of imaging equipment of nuclear medicine should be paid more attention under the epidemic situation of NCP.And radiation protection should be taken into account when prevent and control the infection of NCP.
