多西他赛局部靶向注射结合全身化疗治疗晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

目的:探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的最佳治疗方案,观察多西他赛局部靶向注射结合全身化疗治疗在稳定瘤灶、延长治疗进展时间、改善临床症状、减轻化疗毒副作用、提高生存和生活质量等方面的作用,寻找成本低、毒性小、效果好、安全性高的最佳治疗手段。方法:39例晚期NSCLC患者,均为病理确诊并有客观可测量指标,化疗前12小时均常规给予地塞米松10mg静滴,Docetaxel 75mg/m2CT引导下经皮穿刺局部靶向注射,第1天;Nedaplatin 80mg/m2静脉点滴,第2天。21天为1周期,每例应用2个周期以上。结果:多西他赛局部靶向注射结合全身化疗治疗NSCLC疗效高,总有效率达61.54%,副作用小,操作简单。结论:多西他赛局部靶向注射结合全身化疗治疗晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌的临床研究,就是针对晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌的一种疗效高副作用小的治疗方法。

Clinical research on the treatment for patients with peripheral non-small cell lung cancer by locally injecting docetaxel combined with systemic chemotherapy

Objective:To investigate the best treatment option for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and observe locally injecting docetaxel combined with systemic chemotherapy in a stable tumor foci,extending the treatment time to progression,improving symptoms,reducing side effects of chemotherapy,improving the survival and quality of life and other aspects of the role,and to find out low cost,low toxicity effective,safe drug therapy.Methods: 39 patients with advanced NSCLC were diagnosed with objective measurable indicators in which conventional chemotherapy were given 12 hours before the intravenous dexamethasone 10mg,docetaxel 75mg/m2 CT-guided injection percutaneous of local targeting the first day;nedaplatin 80mg/m2 intravenous,second days,21 days to 1 cycle,the application over 2 cycles per patient.Results: Docetaxel race-targeted injection affiliation with systemic chemotherapy treatment of NSCLC with high efficacy,the total effective rate was 61.54%,low side effects,easy to operate.Conclusion: locally injecting docetaxel combined with systemic chemotherapy treatment of advanced NSCLC is high efficacy and low side effects.
