低位水囊联合缩宫素及间苯三酚用于足月妊娠引产的临床研究

目的探讨低位水囊联合缩宫素及间苯三酚在足月妊娠引产中的临床应用价值。方法选择符合引产指征的足月妊娠初产妇200例,随机分为二组,对照组（A组）100例：单纯缩宫素引产术。观察组（B组）100例：低位水囊联合缩宫素及间苯三酚引产术。观察比较二组产妇产程进展情况及分娩结局。结果观察组经阴分娩成功率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组引产开始至临产时间、潜伏期、活跃期、第二产程及总产程均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。二组新生儿体重和新生儿窒息发生率比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论低位水囊联合缩宫素及间苯三酚应用于足月妊娠引产,可有效地提高经阴分娩成功率,促进宫颈管的成熟、宫颈的软化及宫口扩张,加速产程进展,缩短第一产程潜伏期、活跃期及第二产程,减轻产妇痛苦,对母儿无不良影响,且有利于缩短住院时间、减少住院费用,有良好的经济实用价值,此种引产方法值得临床推广应用。

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON LOW POSITION INDUCTION WITH WATER BAG COMBINED WITH OXYTOCIN AND PHLOROGLUCIN IN FULL TERM PREGNANCY

Objective To study the clinical value of low position induction with water bag combined with oxytocin and phloroglucin in full term pregnancy. Methods 200 normal primiparas at term consistent with induction indications were divided into two groups randomly. The control group （Group A）：100 cases with single oxytocin;The study group （Group B）：100 cases in low position induction with water bag combined with oxytocin and phloroglucin. Progress of labor and birth outcome were compared between the two groups at the same time. Results The successful rate of the study group was greatly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The time of approaching childbirth,latent period,active stage,the second stage and the total stage of parturition in group A were all greatly shorter than those in group B （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in neonatal birth weight and incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups. Conclusion The induction method in group A can not only effectively improve the successful rate,speed up progress of labor,shorten latent period,active stage and the second stage of parturition,but also alleviate the suffering of maternal without adverse effect on maternal and child. Such induction method is worthy to be popularized.
