摘    要:目的 分析徐州市泉山区中小学生因病缺课情况,为制定疾病预防控制措施、降低学生因病缺课率提供依据。方法 收集2016—2020学年泉山区中小学生因病缺课监测数据,分析不同年份学生因病缺课的流行特征,采用χ2检验进行统计比较。结果 2016—2020学年泉山区学生总因病缺课率为0.15%,呈逐年上升趋势(χ2趋势=21 732.656,P<0.001);总因病缺课率小学生(0.16%)高于初中生(0.11%,χ2=1 419.185,P<0.001)、高中生(0.07%,χ2=2 426.638,P<0.001),初中生高于高中生(χ2=491.878,P<0.001);传染性疾病导致的缺课人次数占因病缺课总人次数的66.05%;学生因病缺课高峰主要集中在11月至次年1月。结论 小学生是缺课的重点关注人群,传染病是中小学生疾病防控工作的重点,应采取综合干预措施,降低学生缺课率,保障学生身体健康。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the monitoring results of absence from school due to illness of primary and middle school students in Quanshan District of Xuzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating disease prevention and control measures and reducing the rate of students' absence from school due to illness. Methods The monitoring data of primary and secondary school students' absence from school due to illness in Quanshan District from 2016 to 2020 were collected, the epidemic characteristics of students' absence from school due to illness in different years were analyzed, and their differences were compared by χ2 test. Results In 2016-2020 academic years, the total rate of absence from school due to illness of primary and middle school students in Quanshan District was 0.15%, showing an upward trend year by year (χ2=21732.656, P<0.001). The total rate of absence from school due to illness of primary school students (0.16%) was higher than that of junior middle school students (0.11%, χ2=1419.185, P<0.001) and that of senior high school students (0.07%, χ2=2426.638, P<0.001), and the total rate of absence from school due to illness of junior middle school students was higher than that of senior high school students (χ2=491.878, P<0.001). The number of absence from school caused by infectious diseases accounted for 66.05% of the total number of absence from school due to illness. The peak of students' absence from school due to illness was mainly from November to January of the following year. Conclusions Primary school students are the focus of absence from school due to illness, and infectious diseases are the emphasis of disease prevention and control work for primary and secondary school students. Comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to reduce the rate of absence from school due to illness and ensure the health of students.
