术前体验式健康教育模式在髋臼周围截骨术病人中的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨术前体验式健康教育模式在髋臼周围截骨术病人中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2019年3-8月髋关节发育不良病人共80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予术前常规健康教育结合微信公众号健康教育模式,观察组在对照组基础上接受体验式健康教育模式。分别比较2组干预前后的自我护理能力、术后功能锻炼达标率、术后解尿困难重插导尿管例数。结果干预后2组病人各项评分均较干预前明显提升(P < 0.01);干预后2组病人在自我概念上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在自我责任、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自我护理能力总分上差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。干预后2组病人功能锻炼达标率差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);2组病人术后解尿困难重插导尿管例数、术后镇痛泵使用人数、术后第1~3天疼痛评分均分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论髋臼周围截骨术病人术前采用体验式健康教育模式可有效提高病人的自我护理能力水平,提高功能锻炼达标率,促进病人术后的康复。

Application effects of experiential nursing health education model before surgery in patients with periacetabular osteotomy

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effects of experiential health education model before surgery in patients with periacetabular osteotomy.MethodsA total of 80 patients with hip dysplasia from March to August 2019 were selected by convenience sampling method, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group(40 cases in each group).The control group was given the preoperative routine health education combined with wechat public health education mode, and the observation group was given the preoperative routine health education combined with WeChat public health education based on the experiential health education model.The self-nursing ability, standard rate of functional exercise and number of urethral recatheterization after urethral dysuria between two groups were compared before and after intervention.ResultsAfter intervention, the scores of two groups were significantly improved compared with before intervention(P < 0.01).After intervention, there was no statistical significance in the self-concept between two groups(P>0.05), but the differences of the self-responsibility, self-care skill, health knowledge level and total score of self-care ability between two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01).After intervention, the difference of the standard rate of functional exercise between two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The differences of the number of cases with recatheterization, number of patients using postoperative analgesic pump and mean score of pain on the first to third day after operation between two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe application of the experiential health education model in periacetabular osteotomy patients before surgery can effectively improve the patients' self-care ability and rate of functional exercise, and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
