普瑞巴林联合抗组胺药治疗PD-1抗体诱发的皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性分析

目的 观察普瑞巴林联合抗组胺药治疗PD-1抗体诱发的皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性。方法46例患者随机分为2组：研究组23例，口服普瑞巴林，150 mg/次，2次/d，和枸地氯雷他定片8.8 mg,1次/d；对照组23例，口服枸地氯雷他定片8.8 mg,1次/d。2组均外用皮肤屏障乳液体敷料，连续用药2周。结果 研究组有效率为95.6%，对照组为73.6%,2组差异有统计学意义(χ²=4.212,P<0.05)，治疗后瘙痒等症状得到了明显改善(F=28.96,P<0.001)。2组不良反应类似，均较轻微，未做特殊处理。结论 普瑞巴林联合抗组胺药治疗PD-1抗体诱发的皮肤瘙痒症疗效较好，不良反应小。

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of pregabalin combined with antihistamines in treatment of PD-1 antibody induced Skin pruritus

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of pregabalin combined with antihistamines in the treatment of PD-1 antibody-induced skin pruritus. Methods Forty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups:23 patients in the research group, who received oral pregabalin, 150 mg/time, 2 times/d, and loratadine citrate tablets 8.8mg, 1 time/d; in the control group, 23 cases were orally administered loratadine citrate tablets 8.8 mg, 1 time/d. Both groups were treated with topical skin barrier emulsion liquid dressings for 2 weeks. Results The effective rate of the research group was 95.6% and that of the control group was 73.6%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.212, P<0.05). After treatment, symptoms such as itching were significantly improved (F=28.96, P<0.001). The adverse reactions of the two groups were similar and mild, and no special treatment was undertaken. Conclusion Pregabalin combined with antihistamines has good efficacy and few adverse reactions in the treatment of PD-1 antibody-induced skin pruritus.
