| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌（CRC）是全世界最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，发病率呈逐年升高趋势。胶原蛋白是构成细胞外基质的主要成分，对肿瘤微环境（TME）的维持至关重要，并在CRC的发生、发展和转移中起着重要作用。因此探讨胶原蛋白成分在CRC中的作用十分必要，本文就目前国内外胶原蛋白在CRC中的研究进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the most common malignant tumor of digestive tract in the world. The incidence of CRC is increasing year by year. Collagen is the main component of extracellular matrix, which is crucial to the maintenance of tumor microenvironment (TME) and plays an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of CRC. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the role of collagen in CRC. This article makes a systematical review of the collagen-related researches in CRC in domestic and overseas. |
