摘 要: | ![]() 狂犬病是一种急性致死性传染病,感染后死亡率100%。据WHO统计,全球有150多个国家和地区存在狂犬病流行,其中多数为发展中国家;且全球每年约有5.9万人因狂犬病死亡。目前最有效的预防手段是给犬等动物接种狂犬病疫苗,但由于人被动物咬伤或抓伤较为突然,有时无法确定该动物是否接种过狂犬病疫苗,因此发生暴露后应及时接种狂犬病疫苗以避免患病。近年来随着生物技术的发展,人用狂犬病疫苗逐步更新换代,为人类抵御狂犬病提供了更有效的保护。

Abstract: | ![]() Rabies is an acute fatal infectious disease with a mortality rate of 100% after infection. According to statistics from WHO, more than 150 countries and regions around the world are plagued by rabies, most of which are developing countries. Approximately 59 000 people die from rabies worldwide each year. At present, the most effective preventive measure is rabies vaccines to the animal such as dog. Since animal bite or scratch happens suddenly and it's sometimes hard to know whether the animal has been vaccinated, rabies vaccines should be given promptly after exposure to avoid disease. In recent years, with the development of biotechnology, human rabies vaccines have been gradually updated to provide more effective protection for humans against rabies. |
