| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨神经根型颈椎病的有效治疗方法。方法:将147例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用正脊疗法治疗,对照组采用颈部贴敷通络祛痛膏治疗。结果:治疗组临床治愈率79.5%,总有效率97.9%,无不良反应及副作用。对照组临床治愈率59.2%,总有效率89.8%,有7例患者出现皮肤过敏反应。两组比较临床治愈、总有效率均有显著性意义。结论:正脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。
