哈萨克族食管癌组织细胞周期蛋白D1表达及意义

目的 探讨新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中细胞周期蛋白(cyclins)D1 mRNA的表达及其临床意义。方法 以cyclin D1 mRNA为靶基因,运用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测48例哈萨克族食管鳞癌患者中cyclin D1mRNA的表达。结果 48例哈萨克族食管鳞癌患者癌组织、手术切缘无癌组织中cyclin D1mRNA表达阳性率为95.75%(45/48)和87.5%(42/48),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);cyclin D1 mRNA的表达与分化程度相关,与不同浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移均无相关性。结论 cyclin D1 mRNA表达与哈萨克族食管癌的发生、发展、远处转移和细胞分化程度均无密切相关性,其对哈萨克族食管癌发生发展过程中的具体作用有待于进一步研究。

Coyclin D1 expression in esophageal cancer in Xinjiang Kazak nationality

Objective To study the expression of cyclin D1 mRNA in esophageal cancer in Xinjiang Kazak.Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA of cyclin D1 in 48 esophageal cancer cases.Results The positive rate of cyclin D1 mRNA expre ssion in esophageal cancer tissues of 48 cases and normal tissues(adjacent non carcinoma tissues)were 95.75%(45/48)and 87.5%(42/48)without significant difference(P>0.05).The expression of cyclin D1 was no significant increase in cancer tissues compared to the normal tissues(P>0.05).The expression level of cyclin D1 mRNA was not significantly related to the degree of cell differentiation,depth of invasion and lymphnode meta stasis.Conclusion There sult suggests that the expression of cyclin D1 is not correlated with the degrees of differentiation,depth of invasion and lymphnode metastasis.The cyclin D1 gene expression in esophageal cancer needs to be studied.
