| 摘 要： | Sugammadex是一新型的肌松药拮抗药，它可以和神经肌肉阻滞药结合，阻止其在神经肌肉接头处发挥作用。目前该药已经进入Ⅲ期临床研究。研究表明sugammadex能够安全、有效地迅速拮抗非去极化肌松药的深度神经肌肉阻滞作用。因其起效快且无明显不良反应，该药可能改变目前麻醉中应用肌松药的方法。现就有关该药的临床研究进展和sugammadex可能带来的潜在变革作一综述，
