摘    要:本研究采用改进的细胞相对增殖度法和细胞形态学方法研究了新型含药聚乙烯醇创面敷膜的组织相容性。含药PVA敷膜第2,4,7天的细胞相对增殖度分别为86%,95%和102%,基本无细胞毒性。通过分别于第24。48,72小时的形态学观察可见,与敷膜接触的细胞生长状态良好。因此此敷膜具有良好的组织相容性

Abstract:Histocompatibility of the wound dresing with drug delivery system was studied with the advanced Cell Relative Growth Rate Test and the Cell Morphology Test. The cell strain was L -929 fibroblast and the culture medium was Eagle's MEM with 10% calf serum and 1% glutamine. On the day 2, day 4 and day7, the cell relative growth rate (RGR) of the dressing were 86%, 95%,102% respectively. The grade of the cytotoxicity of the intelligent film was 0, so the dressing had no cytotoxicity. On day 1, day 2 and day 3, the cells which directly contacted with the wound dressing samples were observed through the Olympus IM microscope in the Cell Morphology Test and the morphology of the cells was excellent. The results stated the good histocompatibility of the new PVA wound dressing.
