| 摘 要： | 目的:系统评价中医药治疗青春期功血的疗效.方法:检索中医药治疗青春期功血的随机对照试验并进行Meta分析.结果:14篇文献符合纳入标准,Meta分析结果显示中医药能显著治疗青春期功血.中医治疗组总优势比OR=3.27,95%置信区间(CL)为(2.34-4.57).两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001);漏斗图图形显示存在发表性偏倚.结论:资料表明中医药治疗青春期功血临床疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective:To systematic review the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding(PDUB). Methods:Searching randomized controlled trials of TCM treatment of PDUB,and anlysising of Meta. Results:15 documents into line with the standards,Meta-analysis showed that TCM can be significant in the treatment of PDUB,the total odds ratio(OR) = 3.27,95%.CL was(2.34 to 4.57).
