| 摘 要： | 肿瘤坏死因子样弱凋亡诱导因子（TWEAK）是肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族的新成员,按被发现的时间先后称为第十二成员（TNFSF12）,现发现其具有广泛的生物学活性,在多个系统的疾病发病机制中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | TWEAK(TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis),is a novel member of the TNF supeffamilies,also known as TNFSF12(TNF-superfamily member 12).TWEAK is a multifunctional cytokine which has extrensive biological activities,plays a important role in pathogenesis of many diseases,especially in autoimmune diseases.In this review,we summaries the advance of TWEAK in autoimmune diseases. |
