循证药学方法在临床药师工作中的运用

目的:探讨临床药师运用循证药学的思维参与临床实践的方法和技巧。方法:介绍循证药学的实施方法及步骤,并结合临床药师参与的用药干预、用药咨询服务、疑难病例会诊及新药临购申请审批的具体案例进行阐述。结果:运用循证药学的方法有助于临床药师解决临床药物治疗中遇到的问题,提高对药师建议的接受率,提高工作成效。结论:循证药学方法有助于提高临床药师的药学服务水平,促进合理用药,值得进一步推广。

Application of Evidence-based Method in the Clinical Practice of Clinical Pharmacists

OBJECTIVE： To explore the methods and techniques of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical practice by us- ing evidence-based pharmacy. METHODS： The methods and procedures of the implementation of evidence-based pharmacy were in- troduced and interpreted on the basis of specific cases of medication intervention, medication consultation service, intractable case consultation and new drug approval and approvement that clinical pharmacists involved in. RESULTS： The use of evidence-based pharmacy can help to solve clinical problems in drug therapy and improve acceptance rate of pharmacists＇ recommendations and achievement. CONCLUSIONS： Evidence-based pharmacy can improve the level of pharmaceutical care and rational drug use, which is worthy of further promotion.
