6～11岁儿童行为问题及影响因素分析

目的了解某市6～11岁儿童行为问题发生情况，探讨影响儿童行为问题发生的主要因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法，应用家长用Achenbach儿童行为量表（CBCL）进行问卷调查，并采用Logistic逐步回归分析调查结果。结果6～11岁儿童行为问题检出率为6．2％，无性别、年龄差异。Logistic回归分析显示，影响儿童行为问题发生的主要因素为：父母对子女的了解程度、城乡、父母婚姻状况及父母对子女的管教方法等。结论家庭环境因素对6～11岁儿童行为问题的发生具有重要影响，改善家庭环境对降低儿童行为问题发生率具有重要作用。

6-11 years old children' behavioral problems and its influencing factors

Objective To learn the 6～11 years old children＇s behavior problems and influencing factors. Methods Achenbach Children Behavior Checklist was selected to investigate children＇s parents by cluster sampling. Logistic regression analysis was used to analysis the results. Results The prevalence of behavioral problems of 6 -11years old children is 6.2 %. There are no differences between girls and boys, and no differences between different ages group. The behavioral problems of children were related with parents＇ understanding to children, housing condition, relationship between parents and the attitude for parenting. Conclusion Factors of family play an important role in behavioral problems in childhood. Improving family environment will play an important role to reduce the prevalence of behavioral problems of children.
