| 摘 要： | 本文研究了38例纤维组织细胞性肿瘤(FHT),尤其对其中的22例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)的HE切片和网状纤维染色切片进行了较详细的观察,提出MFH的初步诊断标准,并在网状纤维染色切片中首次发现了较特异性的“果树状结构”。 |

| Abstract: | Carefully studied HE and reticulin stained sections of 38 fibroushistiocytic tumours(FHTs), particulary in 22 MFHs, we defined thebetter diagnostic criteria of MFH and found the"Fruiter-like structure"in reticulin stained sections of FHTs. The presence of this struc-ture in reticulin stained sections of FHTs. The Presence of thisstructure in reticulin stained sections might be helpful for the diagnosisand differentiation of FHT, particulary in MFH. |
